OUR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
In New York City, Asbestos abatement is regulated by
the NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP).

Building owners contemplating renovation, alteration, or demolition are responsible for determining whether asbestos containing material (ACM), is present in any areas that will be affected by the work. Once identified, make sure you hire a licensed environmental abatement contractor.

Asbestos Containing Material Abatement
Lead Based Paint abatement activities are regulated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
Individuals and firms that conduct lead-based paint (LBP) activities, including abatement, MUST be certified by the United States EPA.

LBP abatement may be required in response to orders by state or local government. It requires specialized techniques that local construction contractors typically do not have.
It includes activities such as lead-based paint inspections, risk assessments and lead-based paint removal.

Lead Based Paint
Abatement
Found both indoors and outdoors, mold spores can enter through any opening in your home.

Mold in the air outside can also attach itself to clothing, shoes, bags, and pets can and be carried indoors.

Mold will grow in places with a lot of moisture, such as around leaks in roofs, windows, or pipes, or where there has been flooding. Mold grows well on paper products, cardboard, ceiling tiles, and wood products. Mold can also grow in dust, paints, wallpaper, insulation, drywall, carpet, fabric, and upholstery.

Mold/Microbial Remediation
Any medium or material may be safely removed from any surface through the careful and complete
processes of sandblasting.

Our sandblasting techniques also vary from light surface blasting to deep, invasive cleaning depending on the problematic materials to be removed and the surface on which they coat.
