Different materials require different procedures and safety requirements. Before any demolition, make sure to have an environmental survey conducted for hazardous materials such as asbestos or lead containing paint. These hazardous materials should be identified abated and removed prior to any demolition.
Plaster or Stucco Demo and Removal
Conduct an environmental survey in order to identify any potentially hazardous materials prior to demolition of walls or masonry.
Sheetrock Demo and Removal
Sheetrock is easily demolished and removed but, like all demolition activities, a dust condition will arise. We are careful to build containments and protection.
Brick or Block Wall Demo and Removal
All demolition of walls should be conducted with an approved structural engineers survey and proper permits.
Floor Demo and Removal
Again, have an environmental survey conducted in order to identify any potentially hazardous materials prior to demolition of floors.
